USA's Shipping Policy

1.1 For shipments within the United States, our online sales service is exclusively through sieteleguas.com

1.2 We ship directly to Mexico through our Mexican website: sieteleguas.mx

1.3 In case you require shipping to another country or encounter issues purchasing on our website, send us an email at: soporte@sieteleguas.com

2.1 Economy Shipping to the entire United States costs $35 USD, and is FREE for orders over $169 USD. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.

2.2. If you prefer UPS Express Shipping with delivery times of 5 to 7 business days, the cost to the entire United States is calculated as follows:

2.2.1 Cost of $45 USD on orders of $369 USD or lower.

2.2.2 Cost of $55 USD on orders starting from $370 USD.

3.1 Orders received from Monday to Friday before 1:30 pm will be processed and dispatched to UPS on the same day. However, as it is an international shipment, the package will be processed by the courier on the next day.

3.2 Orders received after 1:30 pm will be processed and dispatched to UPS on the next business day.

3.3 In the event of experiencing an excess of orders or any extraordinary circumstance that prevents us from delivering within the established time, we will notify you in advance via email of the new date on which we will process your order.

3.4 In case of any dissatisfaction or need for correction to your order, you must express it at the time by contacting SIETE LEGUAS’ Customer Service Team to clarify it. If this request is received when the package is already in the process of being delivered to the courier, it cannot be modified or stopped.

4.1 All purchase orders made through sieteleguas.com will be delivered via UPS The package will travel by land with economy shipping and fly with express shipping from Mexico to the United States, and it will be delivered approximately between 10 to 15 business days (for economy shipments) or 5 to 7 business days (for express shipments).

4.2 Your package will be delivered to the address you have specified in your account within our portal or the address you provided when confirming your order.

4.3 If the courier does not reach the requested locality, the package will be deposited at the nearest UPS branch with pick-up service.

4.4 If no one is found at the provided address to receive the package during the first or second visit, the package will be deposited at the nearest UPS branch for three business days. If it is not claimed, it will be returned to the SIETE LEGUAS warehouse in Mexico, and the amount of your purchase will be refunded, excluding the initially covered shipping cost.

5.1 The average delivery time for UPS Economy Shipping is 10 to 15 business days. In some mayor cities, the delivery time may be shorter.

5.3 During contingencies, national emergencies, or extraordinary circumstances, delays in courier services are to be expected.

If you wish to request the cancellation of your purchase while it is in the shipping process, it may take 2 to 5 business days to register in the UPS system. Therefore, it is possible that you may receive your order during this process.

If you wish to return the item due to non-conformity, please follow the return instructions.

5.4 If your package were to be lost, your order is covered by insurance that covers 100% of the acquired value.

After UPS validates the loss, we will verify with you if we still have stock of your order within our inventory. If so, we will offer to ship a new package to you.

If we no longer have stock or in the event that you wish to cancel the purchase, we will refund 100% of your money.
