La horma 2240 es EE standard y calza bien en su punto. Sólo si eres de pie delgado pide medio punto abajo. Si eres de empeine sumamente alto (tipo EEE) considera pedir medio punto arriba.

Cuidado de la piel

Quitar suciedad con un paño suave y húmedo sin ningún tipo de solvente. Dejar secar en un lugar seco y con sombra. Posteriormente aplicar ligeramente crema neutra para pieles no grasas con un paño suave o esponja para mejor recubrimiento. El zapato puede ser boleado para sacar brillo.

El animal donde se obtiene la piel, pudo haber sufrido pequeñas cicatrices a lo largo de su vida, es por esta razón que no consideramos como defecto de fabricación alguna ligera imperfección como arrugas naturales de la piel, ligeras diferencias en tonalidad de un pie a otro o en zonas dentro de la misma bota y/o mismas cicatrices cerradas y sanadas naturalmente.

WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER?

2. The cost of the return will be quoted at the time you make your request.
   
3. The returned product takes up to 48 hours to be inspected by our inspectors. Once validated, the refund of your money will be made to the same bank account within 72 hours after the inspection.
   
4. Returns or refunds for non-conformity will not be accepted for products purchased with a discount of 20% or more or from our Outlet.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

1. Specific reason for the return
2. Your Order Number
3. Product details to be returned (model / leather / size)
4. At least 3 high-quality photographs showing in detail the quality defect in the product (only if applicable)

* For quality defects detected within the first 90 days of use, your request will be reviewed by our Quality Department, and if approved you will receive an email with instructions to follow.
