The 1442 last is EE standard, with a wide fit. Order half a size down if you have narrow feet. If you have any further questions about your possible size, please contact us directly and we will be glad to help you.

Leather Care

We recommend applying our Dust Repellent to keep your boots cleaner for longer. In case of getting the boot dirty, remove difficult stains with our Brush / Rubber. Afterwards you can wash the boot with our special Nubuck Leather Cleaning Spray and the leather will regain its silky touch and finally apply our Repellent with moderation.

The animal from which the skin is obtained may have suffered small scars throughout its life, it is for this reason that we do not consider as a manufacturing defect any slight imperfection such as natural wrinkles of the skin, slight differences in tone from one foot to another or in areas within the same boot and/or the same scars closed and healed naturally.

We do not offer exchanges, only returns with refunds, and these will be quoted at the time you make the request, if the product was not to your liking in terms of size, model, color, if there was any mistake, or if it presents any visible manufacturing defect at the time of receiving the product, as long as they are reported within the first 30 calendar days after you received your purchase

WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER?

1. For your request to be approved, it is necessary that the product shows no signs of use or washing and is returned with its packaging, labeling, paper filling, and original wrappers.
2. The cost of the return will be quoted at the time you make your request.
   
3. The returned product takes up to 48 hours to be inspected by our inspectors. Once validated, the refund of your money will be made to the same bank account within 72 hours after the inspection.
   
4. Returns or refunds for non-conformity will not be accepted for products purchased with a discount of 20% or more or from our Outlet.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

1. Specific reason for the return
2. Your Order Number
3. Product details to be returned (model / leather / size)
4. At least 3 high-quality photographs showing in detail the quality defect in the product (only if applicable)

* For quality defects detected within the first 90 days of use, your request will be reviewed by our Quality Department, and if approved you will receive an email with instructions to follow.
