We do not offer exchanges, only returns with refunds, and these will be quoted at the time you make the request, if the product was not to your liking in terms of size, model, color, if there was any mistake, or if it presents any visible manufacturing defect at the time of receiving the product, as long as they are reported within the first 30 calendar days after you received your purchase
WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER?
- For your request to be approved, it is necessary that the product shows no signs of use or washing and is returned with its packaging, labeling, paper filling, and original wrappers.
- The cost of the return will be quoted at the time you make your request.
- The returned product takes up to 48 hours to be inspected by our inspectors. Once validated, the refund of your money will be made to the same bank account within 72 hours after the inspection.
- Returns or refunds for non-conformity will not be accepted for products purchased with a discount of 20% or more or from our Outlet.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
Report it by email to:soporte@sieteleguas.com and include:
- Specific reason for the return
- Your Order Number
- Product details to be returned (model / leather / size)
- At least 3 high-quality photographs showing in detail the quality defect in the product (only if applicable)
* For quality defects detected within the first 90 days of use, your request will be reviewed by our Quality Department, and if approved you will receive an email with instructions to follow.
