To find your measurement, take a tape measure and place it around the circumference of your head 2 centimeters above your eyes and ears and around the widest part of the top of your head. Do not overtighten the tape.

Each head has its own particular size and shape. The size guide is only a reference and may vary depending on the style, material and shape of each customer’s head.

Wool care

To avoid easy soiling you can use our repellent spray for nobucks or chamois, it is also suitable for wool. In case of dust or dirt that has not soaked into the wool, use a soft bristle brush and brush in counterclockwise circles.

In case of wetting, follow the instructions below:

1. Dry it as soon as possible.
2. Use a clean, dry cloth and clean gently.
3. Place the hat on a clean towel, turning it upside down.
4. Once you have been able to remove most of the moisture, let it air dry.

In case it’s too dirty and it cannot be cleaned with a brushWipe it with a cloth lightly dampened with water while rubbing it in a circular counterclockwise motion. If water is not efficient, you can add a little dish soap or a special product for wool hats. If soap is applied, remove it with the same damp cloth and let it dry in the open air.

WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER?

1. For your request to be approved, it is necessary that the product shows no signs of use or washing and is returned with its packaging, labeling, paper filling, and original wrappers.
2. The cost of the return will be quoted at the time you make your request.
   
3. The returned product takes up to 48 hours to be inspected by our inspectors. Once validated, the refund of your money will be made to the same bank account within 72 hours after the inspection.
   
4. Returns or refunds for non-conformity will not be accepted for products purchased with a discount of 20% or more or from our Outlet.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

1. Specific reason for the return
2. Your Order Number
3. Product details to be returned (model / leather / size)
4. At least 3 high-quality photographs showing in detail the quality defect in the product (only if applicable)

* For quality defects detected within the first 90 days of use, your request will be reviewed by our Quality Department, and if approved you will receive an email with instructions to follow.
