Fitting Recommendations

The 8324 last is EE standard and fits true to size. Only if you have a slender foot, ask for half a stitch below. If you have a very high instep (EEE type), consider ordering half a size up. This last has a more refined oval toe with a more dressy concept.

Leather Care

Remove dirt with a soft, damp cloth without any solvent. Allow to dry in a dry and shaded area. Subsequently, apply our Self Shine Cream using a soft cloth or sponge for better coverage. With a flannel you can rub and polish.

WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER?

1. For your request to be approved, it is necessary that the product shows no signs of use or washing and is returned with its packaging, labeling, paper filling, and original wrappers.
2. The cost of the return will be quoted at the time you make your request.
   
3. The returned product takes up to 48 hours to be inspected by our inspectors. Once validated, the refund of your money will be made to the same bank account within 72 hours after the inspection.
   
4. Returns or refunds for non-conformity will not be accepted for products purchased with a discount of 20% or more or from our Outlet.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

1. Specific reason for the return
2. Your Order Number
3. Product details to be returned (model / leather / size)
4. At least 3 high-quality photographs showing in detail the quality defect in the product (only if applicable)

* For quality defects detected within the first 90 days of use, your request will be reviewed by our Quality Department, and if approved you will receive an email with instructions to follow.
