Leather Care

Remove dirt with a soft, damp cloth without any solvent. Allow to dry in a dry and shaded area. Subsequently, apply our Horse Grease lightly with a sponge for better coverage.

Our Genuine Leather Guaranty Policy

The animal from which the leather is obtained may have suffered small scars throughout its life. This is why we do not consider any slight imperfections such as natural leather wrinkles, slight tonal differences from one piece to another, or in areas within the same boot, and/or naturally closed and healed scars as manufacturing defects.

WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER?

For your request to be approved, it is necessary that the product shows no signs of use or washing and is returned with its packaging, labeling, paper filling, and original wrappers.
The cost of the return will be quoted at the time you make your request.
The returned product takes up to 48 hours to be inspected by our inspectors. Once validated, the refund of your money will be made to the same bank account within 72 hours after the inspection.
Returns or refunds for non-conformity will not be accepted for products purchased with a discount of 20% or more or from our Outlet.
