Recomendación de calce

La horma 1430 es EE standard y amplio calce. En caso de ser pie delgado solicite 1/2 (medio) punto abajo. Si tienes más dudas de sobre tu posible talla puedes contactarnos directamente y con gusto te ayudaremos.

Cuidado de la piel

Quitar suciedad con un paño suave y húmedo sin ningún tipo de solvente. Dejar secar en un lugar seco y con sombra. Posteriormente aplicar ligeramente nuestra Grasa De Caballo con una esponja para mejor recubrimiento.

El animal donde se obtiene la piel, pudo haber sufrido pequeñas cicatrices a lo largo de su vida, es por esta razón que no consideramos como defecto de fabricación alguna ligera imperfección como arrugas naturales de la piel, ligeras diferencias en tonalidad de un pie a otro o en zonas dentro de la misma bota y/o mismas cicatrices cerradas y sanadas naturalmente.

WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER?

1. For your request to be approved, it is necessary that the product shows no signs of use or washing and is returned with its packaging, labeling, paper filling, and original wrappers.
2. The cost of the return will be quoted at the time you make your request.
   
3. The returned product takes up to 48 hours to be inspected by our inspectors. Once validated, the refund of your money will be made to the same bank account within 72 hours after the inspection.
   
4. Returns or refunds for non-conformity will not be accepted for products purchased with a discount of 20% or more or from our Outlet.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Report it by email to:soporte@sieteleguas.com and include:

1. Specific reason for the return
2. Your Order Number
3. Product details to be returned (model / leather / size)
4. At least 3 high-quality photographs showing in detail the quality defect in the product (only if applicable)

* For quality defects detected within the first 90 days of use, your request will be reviewed by our Quality Department, and if approved you will receive an email with instructions to follow.
