Fitting Recommendations

The 300 last is standard EE with a slightly longer and wider look than our 204. If you have a very slender foot, we recommend going half a point below your normal size. For more doubts about your potential size, you can contact us directly, and we will be happy to assist you.

Leather Care

We recommend applying a dirt or stain repellent spray for nubuck or suede leather. In the event that the boot gets dirty, remove dirt with a soft brush. Afterwards, you can clean the boot with our special nubuck leather spray.

Guarantee of our Genuine Leathers

The animal from which the leather is obtained may have suffered small scars throughout its life. This is why we do not consider any slight imperfections such as natural leather wrinkles, slight tonal differences from one piece to another, or in areas within the same boot, and/or naturally closed and healed scars as manufacturing defects.

We do not offer exchanges, only returns with refunds, and these will be quoted at the time you make the request, if the product was not to your liking in terms of size, model, color, if there was any mistake, or if it presents any visible manufacturing defect at the time of receiving the product, as long as they are reported within the first 30 calendar days after you received your purchase

WHAT SHOULD YOU CONSIDER?

1. For your request to be approved, it is necessary that the product shows no signs of use or washing and is returned with its packaging, labeling, paper filling, and original wrappers.
2. The cost of the return will be quoted at the time you make your request.
   
3. The returned product takes up to 48 hours to be inspected by our inspectors. Once validated, the refund of your money will be made to the same bank account within 72 hours after the inspection.
   
4. Returns or refunds for non-conformity will not be accepted for products purchased with a discount of 20% or more or from our Outlet.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

1. Specific reason for the return
2. Your Order Number
3. Product details to be returned (model / leather / size)
4. At least 3 high-quality photographs showing in detail the quality defect in the product (only if applicable)

* For quality defects detected within the first 90 days of use, your request will be reviewed by our Quality Department, and if approved you will receive an email with instructions to follow.
